The dashboard at a glance
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It’s a snapshot of every active account you’re tracking.
KPI row (top)
Four to five tiles depending on your account mix:
- Active evals — how many evaluation accounts you have open right now.
- Active funded — how many funded accounts you have open right now.
- Closest to liq. — the active account nearest its liquidation level, in dollars. Click the tile to jump to that account. The color goes red when the buffer gets thin.
- Closest to passed — only shown if you have active evaluations. The eval nearest its profit target, in dollars. Click to jump.
- Net cash flow — total payouts received minus total costs paid, all-time. Click to jump to Financials.
Brokers grid
A card per broker you have accounts with. Each card shows your active counts, lifetime totals, and a small chart of your cumulative trading P&L for that broker. Click a card to drill into the broker detail page. You can also navigate the cards with the arrow keys. The order you arrange your firm cards in is remembered between visits.
Accounts needing attention
Active accounts where the liquidation buffer is below the healthy threshold (anything not solid green). Sorted worst-first — the closest to liquidation is at the top. This isn’t an emergency list; it’s a “watch these more closely” list. If everything’s healthy, this section doesn’t appear.
In good standing
The opposite list — active accounts with comfortable buffers. Sorted healthiest-first. Capped at 8 rows to keep the page scannable.
Recently added
The most recent 6 cost and payout entries across all your accounts. Useful for catching anything you forgot to log.
What “stale sync” means
Account rows show a sync timestamp (“synced 3m ago” / “synced 2d ago”). If the last sync was more than 24 hours ago, the timestamp turns orange and says “stale.” That just means your displayed balances may be out of date — re-run Sync to refresh.
