Welcome to PropStax

PropStax is an analytics platform for prop-firm traders. Connect your broker accounts, and PropStax pulls your balances, trade history, and account status into one place so you can see how every evaluation, payout, and reset is going across every firm you trade with.

If you trade futures on Tradovate, Rithmic, or any of the DxFeed-fronted brokers, PropStax can sync your accounts directly. For accounts the broker no longer offers a live data feed for, you can backfill them by hand using Import.

You can also connect your own real-money (personal) brokerage account. PropStax tracks it separately from your prop-firm accounts, on its own dashboard — see Connecting a personal account.

Three things you do here:

• Track active accounts — distance to liquidation, profit-target progress, trade-by-trade history.
• Record money in and out — costs paid, payouts received, net per broker.
• Review performance — daily, weekly, monthly, and annual breakdowns across every account.

You’ll spend most of your time on the Dashboard (what’s happening now) and Account detail (one specific account). Everything else hangs off those two.
