Privacy settings

Settings → Privacy is where you control what PropStax retains about your account and how you get your data out.

30-day storage toggle

PropStax keeps a 30-day backup of raw broker responses by default. This helps support troubleshoot sync issues if something goes wrong — for example, if a broker returns malformed data and an account looks off, having the raw response makes it possible to diagnose the cause.

If you’d rather PropStax not retain that backup, toggle the storage off. PropStax will discard raw responses immediately after processing each sync. Your accounts, snapshots, costs, and payouts are unaffected — only the raw broker-response backup is.

You can change this setting any time.
