Subscription & billing

Settings → Billing shows your current tier, status, and renewal info, with a button to manage everything else through Stripe.

Tiers

PropStax has two purchasable tiers:

  • Free — get started for free. Includes 1 broker connection and basic features.
  • Pro — unlimited broker connections, bulk Import, real-money (personal) account tracking, and all features. Monthly subscription.

A Beta tier exists for users who received a promo code during PropStax’s invitation period. It’s not publicly purchasable.

Upgrading from Free to Pro

Click Upgrade to Pro on the Billing page. PropStax takes you to Stripe Checkout to enter card details and confirm. Your tier updates within a few seconds of the payment going through.

If you were ever in the Beta tier, the upgrade automatically applies a discount at Stripe Checkout — that’s the Post-beta callout you’ll see on the Billing page.

Managing your subscription

Click Manage subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can:

  • Update your payment method.
  • View and download invoices.
  • Change plans.
  • Cancel your subscription.

The portal opens as a redirect (not a popup). When you’re done, it returns you to PropStax automatically.

Promo codes

If you have a promo code, click Have a promo code? on the Billing page (or on the initial Checkout page after signup). Enter the code and click Check to validate. If it’s valid, PropStax shows the tier it grants. Click Redeem to apply it through Stripe Checkout.

Invalid or expired codes show a reason inline.
