Can't log in / forgot password

If your password isn’t working, click Forgot password? on the sign-in page. PropStax will email you a 6-digit reset code.

1. Enter the email you signed up with and click Send code.
2. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the code.
3. Enter the code, then your new password, then confirm it.
4. Click Set new password.

Reset codes expire after 24 hours. If the code doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, click Use a different email to start over with a different address, or use the Resend code flow.

Password rules: 8+ characters with upper- and lower-case letters, a number, and a symbol.

If you reset the password and it still won’t let you in, or you don’t have access to the email anymore, contact support.
