Profile
Settings → Profile is where your basic account information lives.
Display name
Click the pencil icon next to your display name to edit it. Type a new name (up to 64 characters) and click Save. Press Escape to cancel.
The display name is the name PropStax uses in welcome messages and anywhere your name appears. It’s separate from your email.
Read-only. The email you signed up with. PropStax doesn’t currently support changing your email from this page — contact support if you need to.
Account ID
Read-only. The unique identifier PropStax assigns to your account. Include this in any support tickets so we can find your data quickly.
Member since
Read-only. The date you signed up.
Delete account
In the Danger zone at the bottom. This is permanent and removes everything PropStax has stored about you — every account record, every snapshot, every cost, every payout, your broker connections, your settings, and your sign-in. You will be signed out and won’t be able to recover any of it.
If you want to keep records, export your data first via Settings → Privacy.
The delete flow:
- Click Delete account. A popup opens.
- Type DELETE (uppercase, exactly) into the confirmation input.
- Click Delete forever. PropStax wipes your account and signs you out.
