Trading vs. Cash flow mode

The Calendar shows either your prop accounts or your personal (real-money) accounts — whichever the global Prop | Personal switch is set to (top of the sidebar on desktop, the right-edge controls tab on mobile — see the Personal dashboard). Within whichever side you’re on, a toggle under the Calendar title picks what each day’s number means.

On the Prop side

The toggle is Trading P&L vs Cash Flow:

  • Trading P&L — your daily P&L from broker snapshots. Each cell is a trading day; the value is your net P&L that day across the prop accounts you’re tracking. Use this to see how you traded over time.
  • Cash Flow — the actual money in and out: every payout received and cost paid, by the date it happened (hover it for the reminder Payouts & Expenses). Each cell is a calendar day; the value is payouts minus costs. Use this to see when money moved.

Two filters sit below the toggle in Prop mode: a broker selector (when you track 2+ brokers, applies to both Trading P&L and Cash Flow) and, in Trading P&L only, All / Eval / Funded chips to scope the calendar to one account type.

On the Personal side

The toggle is Trading P&L vs + Prop Cash — the second option only appears if you also track prop accounts:

  • Trading P&L — your real-money trading P&L for the day, after commissions and fees.
  • + Prop Cash — folds your prop payouts and expenses on top of that day’s personal trading (hover it for Prop Cash & Trading), so you can see personal trading and prop money together in one place. The hover tooltip breaks out Prop payouts and Prop expenses, and the day/week/month detail page adds Trading P&L and Prop Cash tiles that add up to the day’s total.

The two sides pull from different data, so don’t expect them to line up:

  • Prop Trading P&L only includes prop accounts you’ve synced (imported accounts have no daily snapshots).
  • Prop Cash Flow includes every cost and payout you’ve logged, whether the account was synced or imported.
  • Personal is your real-money trading only.

Your side and toggle choices stick across visits.

Hover any day, week, or month cell for a quick breakdown popover — net P&L, plus gross and fees on the trading views (and win rate on Personal), or payouts and costs on Cash Flow — without leaving the grid. With + Prop Cash on, the popover also breaks out Prop payouts and Prop expenses.

Personal is realized-on-close

A Personal day’s number is realized on the close day — the ⓘ next to the Calendar title spells this out too. If you hold a position across days, the entry fees land on the day you opened and the round-trip profit or loss lands on the day you closed — so a single trade’s economics can split across two days. It’s truthful to how the cash actually moved; just don’t read one day in isolation as a single trade’s result.

A Net / Gross toggle sits under the title on the Personal side: Net (the default) is P&L after commissions and fees; Gross is the same trades before fees. It switches the number on every cell and on the detail page.

Click any Personal day, week, or month to open its detail page — net P&L, win rate, profit factor, average win-to-loss, your best and worst trades, P&L by symbol, and (for weeks and months) the day-by-day and cumulative curve. With + Prop Cash on, the Trading P&L and Prop Cash tiles break the folded total back apart, and your prop payouts and expenses show in the cash-flow list below alongside your deposits and withdrawals.

Open any Personal day, week, or month and you’ll also find a Trades list — every individual round-trip closed in that period, each with its symbol, direction (long/short), size, entry-to-exit prices, how long it was held, its full costgross P&L, then commission and the exchange/clearing/NFA fees — and its net P&L. On week and month views each row also shows its date, and a total line under the list sums the period’s trades, contracts, fees, and net. It’s the trade-by-trade view behind the period’s headline number, and long lists page in chunks you can resize. For a single account’s full history instead, open that account from Brokers — its detail page carries the same Trades list. For a fuller picture, the Personal dashboard’s Trading Summary and equity curve also cover your real-money performance.
