Sign up & first sign-in

PropStax sign-up is open to anyone — no invite needed.

1. Go to app.propstax.com/signup.
2. Enter your email and a password. Passwords need 8+ characters with upper- and lower-case letters, a number, and a symbol.
3. Confirm the password and click Create account.
4. Check your email for a 6-digit verification code. Enter it on the next screen and click Verify and continue.
5. PropStax signs you in automatically and takes you to plan selection.

After verification, you pick a plan (see Subscription & billing). Free works to get started; Pro unlocks unlimited broker connections and bulk Import.

If the verification code doesn’t arrive: check your spam folder, then use the Resend code button. If it still doesn’t show up, contact support.

If you forgot your password later: the Sign in page has a Forgot password? link that walks you through resetting it via email.
