Drawdown left differs from broker's number

The figure PropStax shows is the one your broker reported on the last sync, with that firm’s drawdown rules applied. So a mismatch is nearly always one of two things: a rule the firm changed that we have not picked up, or a sync that ran before the change. Neither is fixable from your side, and both are worth telling us about — contact support and we will reconcile it.

When you contact support, include:

  • The account ID (visible at the top of the Account detail page or in Settings → Profile).
  • What PropStax shows.
  • What your broker shows.
  • A screenshot of both, if you can.
