Pop-up blocked during OAuth

Tradovate connections need to open a pop-up to handle the OAuth login. If your browser blocks it, the connection fails silently.

Allow pop-ups for app.propstax.com and try again:

Chrome

1. Click the pop-up blocked icon in the address bar (looks like a small window with a red X).
2. Choose Always allow pop-ups and redirects from app.propstax.com.
3. Click Done.
4. Return to PropStax and click Connect again.

Alternatively: go to Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → Pop-ups and redirects → Add app.propstax.com to Allowed.

Safari

1. Open Safari → Settings (Cmd+,).
2. Click the Websites tab.
3. Click Pop-up Windows in the left sidebar.
4. Find app.propstax.com in the list and set it to Allow.
5. If it’s not in the list, set the bottom “When visiting other websites” dropdown to Allow temporarily, or just sign in to PropStax first to add the site.
6. Return to PropStax and click Connect again.

Firefox

1. Click the pop-up blocked notification at the top of the page.
2. Choose Allow pop-ups for app.propstax.com.
3. Click Connect again.

Or: Settings → Privacy & Security → Permissions → Block pop-up windows → Exceptions → add app.propstax.com.

Edge

1. Click the pop-up blocked icon in the address bar.
2. Choose Always allow pop-ups and redirects from app.propstax.com.
3. Click Done.
4. Return to PropStax and click Connect again.

If you’re still seeing the issue after allowing pop-ups, your browser may have an extension blocking them. Disable ad-blockers or pop-up blockers for app.propstax.com and try once more.
