The Funded page
Click the Active funded tile on the Dashboard to open the Funded page: one row per active funded account, Straight to Funded accounts among them, across all your brokers. It’s a first look at all of them in one place. Click a row to open that account for the rest; its back link returns you here. The account’s page adds its firm’s minimum and maximum payout and its split, in the Payout rules card.
Reading a row
Each row starts with the account, as on the Evaluations page: its name (or your alias), the broker, the account size, the plan and the drawdown type, with the sync time under them.
On a wide screen the row is a table, with a column each for Status, Profit and Payout rules. On a narrow screen they sit under the account in that order.
The static level
A trailing drawdown follows your balance up until its floor reaches the point where your firm locks it, then stops. Most firms lock the floor at the starting balance or $100 above it, and PropStax keeps that amount for each firm’s products. The static level is the starting balance plus the max drawdown plus that amount: on a $50K account with a $2,000 drawdown it’s $52,000 where the floor locks at the starting balance, and $52,100 where it locks $100 above it, with the floor then staying at $50,100. Where PropStax doesn’t know where your firm locks the floor, the level is the starting balance plus the max drawdown. Once the account reaches the static level, the drawdown is static: the floor stays put however high the balance goes.
The static level isn’t the balance your firm asks for before a payout. Some firms ask for more: a $50K account that’s static at $52,100 may need $53,000 before you can request a payout.
PropStax counts an account as static once its floor has reached the point where your firm locks it, or once your trading has taken the balance to the static level at any time. A payout taken since, even the same day, doesn’t change that: your firm’s trailing drawdown follows your trading, not your payouts. An account with a static drawdown type is static from the start.
Status
Balance is your balance, with a bar under it:
- While the drawdown trails, the bar runs from the starting balance to the static level, and the dollars still to go show beside it, such as $1,050.40 to static.
- Once it’s static, the bar runs from the floor to your peak balance, and the peak shows beside it. Each new peak moves the bar’s end. A payout lowers the peak along with the balance, so the money paid out doesn’t read as a fall.
Under it, DD left is the distance to your liquidation level, as on the Evaluations page.
Profit
Profit is what the account has made: your balance less the starting balance, plus the payouts you’ve received. It’s the same figure as Net P&L after payouts on the account page. Without a balance or an account size it’s the net trading P&L from the synced trade days instead.
The payout rules
Every row lists the same four lines in the same order, so rows from different firms line up:
| Line | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Days | Days with at least one trade since your last payout, against the firm’s minimum. |
| Q-days | Qualifying days since your last payout: days with a trade and a net P&L at or above the firm’s daily minimum. Where the firm sets no daily minimum, every day with a trade counts. A day counts once its session closes. |
| Consistency | Your best day as a share of your net P&L since your last payout, against the firm’s limit. A net P&L of zero or below counts as zero, which makes the figure infinite. Above 200% it reads >200%; hover the Consistency tile on the account page to see the actual figure. |
| Buffer | Your balance over the static level, such as $350.25, or $0.00 at or below it. |
Before your first payout, the counts cover the account’s whole life.
Days, Q-days and Consistency are measured against your firm’s rules, from the product specs PropStax keeps for each firm:
- A check and a green figure, as in 6 of 5: met. A Consistency under a firm with no consistency rule reads this way too, its figure alone, as in 53.33%: with no limit, your account always conforms.
- A plain figure against the firm’s, as in 3 of 5: not met yet. A consistency over the firm’s limit is amber.
- A plain figure alone, as in 7 or 53.33%: there’s no rule to measure it against, so Days and Consistency show your own figure. For Days, either the firm has no such rule or PropStax doesn’t know it. For Consistency, PropStax doesn’t know the firm’s limit: the product specs don’t say, the firm’s plans that fit the account set it differently, or the rules couldn’t be loaded.
- —: nothing to show. Q-days reads this whenever there’s no rule, since a qualifying day is the firm’s to define. Days and Consistency read it when there’s no rule and no figure of yours yet either; under a firm with no consistency rule that dash is green too.
- — of 5: the firm has the rule, but PropStax doesn’t have your side of it yet: an account that has never synced, say, or no profitable day since the last payout to measure consistency by.
Buffer is your balance over the static level above: on the $50K account that’s static at $52,100, a balance of $52,600 is a $500.00 buffer. It carries a check once your balance is over the level.
If the firms’ rules couldn’t be loaded, a note above the list says so and offers Retry. Until they load, each static level is the starting balance plus the max drawdown.
The order of the rows
To start, the account with the largest buffer is at the top. An account under its static level comes after those over it, the closest to the level first.
To order the list another way, pick one from Sort above it:
| Sort | Order |
|---|---|
| Name | A to Z, or Z to A, by the name the row shows: your alias, when you’ve set one. |
| Status | Closest to fail: the least drawdown left first. |
| Profit | The largest profit first. |
| Buffer | The largest buffer first, as above. |
A row without the figure you sort by goes to the bottom. PropStax remembers the order you pick for this page.
Once the page holds more than five rows, a pager appears at its foot, where you can pick how many rows a page shows (25 to start). PropStax remembers the size you pick for this page.
Funded accounts that have ended aren’t listed here. You can find them under Inactive on each broker’s page. When none of your funded accounts is active, this page says so and offers Go to Brokers.
Filtering by broker
The broker filter in the sidebar (on a phone, in the More sheet) applies here too: hide a broker there and its funded accounts leave the page. If the filter hides every active funded account you hold, the page says so and offers Show all brokers.
The Funded page belongs to the Prop side. In Personal mode it takes you to the Personal dashboard instead.
